Programme description
legal.messaging.program · version 2
OpenChair247, Inc. uses transactional SMS/text messaging to send account- and booking-related updates when you provide your mobile number and opt in. These messages are related to your use of OpenChair and are not promotional or marketing messages.
The messages you will receive
legal.messaging.types · version 2
Depending on your activity, you may receive appointment confirmations, booking updates such as changes or reminders, and other transactional messages related to your account.
How you opt in
legal.messaging.opt-in · version 3
You opt in to SMS by ticking the consent box shown next to the phone field when you enter your information during booking. The box’s own wording begins “By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional SMS…”, but ticking the box is the act that enrolls you: it is unchecked by default, and entering a mobile number without ticking it does not enroll you in SMS. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of booking or purchase.
The consent language, exactly as it is shown to you
sms.opt-in · version 1
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive transactional SMS notifications from OpenChair247 including appointment confirmations, match alerts, and booking updates. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency
legal.messaging.frequency · version 2
Message frequency varies based on your activity, including bookings, changes and cancellations. Messages are generally triggered by activity related to your account or appointments rather than sent on a fixed schedule.
Cost
legal.messaging.cost · version 1
OpenChair does not charge you for text messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and your plan. Contact your wireless provider for the details of your own plan.
Stopping the messages - reply STOP
legal.messaging.opt-out · version 2
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any OpenChair text message. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You will not receive additional OpenChair texts unless you opt in again, such as by replying START or providing consent during a future booking.
Getting help - reply HELP
legal.messaging.help · version 1
For help at any time, reply HELP to any message, or write to support@openchair247.com. Replying HELP returns our support contact details and a reminder of how to opt out.
Carriers
legal.messaging.carriers · version 2
Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in
legal.messaging.no-sale · version 2
We do not sell or rent your mobile number or SMS consent, or share them with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information necessary to provide SMS services with service providers that transmit messages on our behalf. See our Privacy Notice for more information about how we handle personal information.
