What booking costs
The booking fee depends on how soon the appointment is. Book further ahead and it costs less; book tomorrow and it costs the most. That is the whole rule.

These are our published fees. The exact amount for the appointment you choose is shown on screen before you pay, and that is the amount charged.
If you cancel
Cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment costs $50.00, and the booking fee you already paid is not refunded. Both apply together: cancelling a next-day appointment inside that window costs $140.00 in total. Not showing up costs the same $50.00. If the practice cancels on you, you pay nothing and your booking fee is refunded in full.

Membership costs $5.99 a month and waives the booking fee on every appointment you book. It does not waive the cancellation fee or the no-show penalty, which apply to members and non-members alike.
This is not the price of your treatment
The booking fee is what you pay OpenChair to hold the appointment. It is not payment for dental treatment. What the visit itself costs is between you and the practice, and OpenChair is never part of it.
